The next time you visit Torreon, be prepared for a culinary experience unlike anything else in Arizona’s White Mountains area.
Our new Executive Chef Eric Rippey has been hard at work upgrading the Torreon Grille menu, creating new food and drink menus that feature a variety of tasty, high-quality choices. You’ll enjoy meeting family and friends to try these delicious dishes after a day on the greens or the walking trails.
While sipping Torreon’s signature drinks, try the Chef’s new lunch and dinner dishes. How about a Spicy Cucumber Margarita along with a Torreon Burger for lunch? Or a Mountain Old Fashion drink with Cheese Ravioli for dinner? All sandwiches feature bread that is locally sourced and served with fries, salad, or onion rings.
You’ll find delicious lunch and dinner dishes for the youngsters in your party as well, including mocktails such as Berry Smash and Torreon Sunset, a grapefruit and pineapple juice drink.
Adults might try a lunch that begins with house Hors D’Oeuvres, Soup of the Day and a delicious Catch of the Day. Finish it up with Butterscotch Budino, a creamy pudding topped with praline.
For dinner that evening, begin with the tasty butter-poached meatballs, try the Caesar Salad, and choose the Wild Mushroom Risotto. You won’t be sorry! How about a Pecan Chocolate Torte for dessert?
Another lunch favorite is the 49’ER, with scrumptious ham, swiss, and pickles on sourdough bread. A Ruby Refresher drink tastes good with that, featuring Ruby Red Grapefruit Vodka with a splash of Apertivo and lemon juice.
Dinner featuring Pork Ragu will top off the evening, coupled with perhaps a Torreon Smoked Manhattan or Kentucky Mule bourbon drink.
