Where do you go when temperatures rise in Show Low? We’ve found several local ice cream/dessert places to satisfy your sweet tooth and keep your cool. The following spots are highly recommended to anyone looking for one of the simplest pleasures of life.

  1. Torreon Grille
    Begin at the Torreon Grille. You’ll love the decadent Pizookie ice cream treat. Choose a chocolate chip or peanut butter cookie served warm in a cast iron skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream. They offer a choice of chocolate or caramel drizzle. Nothing better!

    Red Barn Creamery is an ice cream shop that makes homemade ice cream. Stop in here after eating at The House. It's a cute little store with friendly staff and a wide variety of desserts. They make specialty ice cream sundaes, freshly baked cookies and brownies. Try the cookies and cream and brownie batter.
