BRINGS TENNIS EXCITEMENT TO TORREON

Set amidst the towering pines adjacent to the Tower golf course is Torreon’s Tennis Center. An exhilarating sport in any environment, tennis in the pines is about as relaxing as it gets.

A Show Low resident and former world ranked tennis professional, Mike Wilkinson, has created a year round tennis program for Torreon members.   Mike has directed programs at the Tempe Racquet Club, the Arizona Country Club and the Boulders Resort for a combined total of over thirty years experience.

The Torreon tennis program will offer group and private lessons for adults and juniors.  Mike's background of playing and coaching world class players, gives his students a special opportunity to experience an in-depth approach to learning and playing the game. But more importantly, Mike guarantees tennis will bring fun and enjoyment to your life!

Private lessons, adult and junior clinics will begin in April.

The two hard courts are available to all Torreon Members and their guests seven days a week from sunrise to sunset. We have a peg system for court reservations.  Please reserve one hour for singles and one and one half hours for doubles when others are waiting to play.

All tennis clinics and lessons are held at the Torreon Family Tennis Courts.  Please call Mike Wilkinson at 928.242.9401 24 hours in advance for programs, lessons and for any other tennis information.
