Well there are many things, as a Torreon Member, I love about Torreon. I decided to live up here full time 3 years ago. I love the Four Seasons. Torreon has more amenities with 2 beautiful golf courses, where you can play 8 months of the year, a wonderful Clubhouse, horse facility, fishing close-by, as well as the best ski area in the State.

There is a group of us who call ourselves the “Year Rounder’s”. We are a bit more laid back, but we don’t slow down. There are Cooking Classes and Game and Movie night, each week, which all include great food.

The White Mountains are really one of the prettiest places in the State and I have a lot to say for small town friendly people.

Show Low has changed in the 10 years I’ve been coming here and although it is still not on everyone’s map, it remains a place with lower taxes and wonderful climate. I just couldn’t think of a better place to be. If I did not mention that we have some of the nicest people here, I would not be telling the whole story, after all it is the people that make Torreon even more special.

My friends at Torreon make it for me. Yes, the golf is incredible. It’s great for beginners, average player and low-handicappers. Every hole is a spectacular visual experience. The land is beautiful property and the community has been created with delicate harmony so it still feels naturally wooded. But, at the end of the day, I have made lifetime friends and they are the fiber and spirit of my Torreon.

We love the natural beauty of the Ponderosa’s and the White Mountains. Torreon is an easy-going, relaxed and friendly golf club. It’s a great family club with a mixture of young and older families that share in the camaraderie. About the golf…it’s hard to find a golf club where every hole presents an interesting challenge and breathtaking beauty.
