With the Apache-Sitgreves National Forest as a dramatic backdrop, Torreon’s Equestrian Center provides trail rides, riding lessons, indoor outdoor boarding facilities and clinics during the summer months.
There is a priceless experience to be gained in a relationship between a horse and rider. The success of that relationship depends upon several key factors. The Torreon Equestrian Center provides well-mannered, quality trained horses, experienced wranglers and coaches and knowledgeable barn managers. These are true horsemen and women who love and respect these incredible animals. They are eager to share their passion and knowledge to help others learn and understand the wonderful world of "THE WESTERN WAY OF LIFE".
David Miller, Equestrian Center Manager, joined Torreon in the fall of 2010. Being a native of Arizona, David has been working with horses and guiding trail rides thru the White Mountains since he was 14. He is bringing his passion for horses and extensive horsemanship knowledge to the Torreon Equestrian Center.
